| Sorry for yelling that, it was purely in a "HEADS UP" tone of voice. Too many people think the Zem requires a laptop connected to it in order to work. Probably because I have a PC integral to my car. The Zem functions as a standalone system. You only need a laptop computer to interface to it to modify parameters. At the current time, I will not be implementing a boost control system or any of those features. However, I do have intentions of rewriting the instruction code part of the EPROM to take advantage of circuits such as the PRVR and AIV control for use with boost control solenoids for boost control, and use the other line as an on/off trigger with user definable thresholds for triggering things like NOS, aquamist, or whatever they feel like using the circuit for. The software interface will allow you to select which circuit you want to use for what and at this moment those are the two functions I will be implementing first. I will also be modifying the code and using the available space in the memory for storing an extra fuel map and timing map and allow the user to switch between the maps for things like valet mode or race fuel setups. I'm thinking of using the cruise control circuit as a control where you can push and hold it for 'x' seconds and the ECU will switch to another map, then have the engine light blink 'x' times to show you are in whatever mode. I have lots of ideas for this - its just a matter of time now. ;-)
